Delivery

Ordered products are packaged in a way that prevents damage during normal handling. When receiving the shipment, the customer is required to check the condition of the package and, in case of damage, immediately report the issue to the delivery person (an employee of the delivery company). The seller disclaims all responsibility for any damage that may occur during delivery. If the customer does not receive the goods or a delivery notice after they have been sent within the expected time, the customer has the right to notify the seller so that steps can be taken to locate the shipment or send a new one. If the customer refuses to accept the goods they ordered, the seller has the right to request compensation from the customer for all costs related to the delivery. The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the customer once confirmation approving the online transaction is received. After receiving this confirmation, the seller commits to sending the shipment within 5 (five) business days. After the courier (delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery, any delays, or problems that may arise during further handling and delivery of the goods. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the specified address. If the address is an apartment building, the courier is not obligated to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but only to the building entrance. Delivery is carried out through transport companies that provide shipping services. Goods are not delivered on Sundays (day of the week).
