Terms of Sale

These terms establish the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and product returns for items offered on these pages. MERCATURA d.o.o. (hereinafter MERCATURA) web pages may be used for your private use free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions. The seller is MERCATURA, and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order form, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card.

Ordering

The buyer orders a product or products via the electronic order form. A buyer is any person who electronically orders at least one product, completes the required information, and submits the order. All prices are stated in euros (€), including VAT. The delivery fee is €4.90 including VAT and will be shown on the invoice as a separate item. Delivery is free for purchase/cart amounts over €50.00. Goods are ordered electronically by selecting a product and adding it to the electronic shopping cart. Goods are considered ordered at the moment the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

Payment

Ordered products or services are paid online by one of the following credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa®, AmEx® or Diners®. The seller undertakes to dispatch the shipment to the buyer once it receives confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving that confirmation, the seller undertakes to deliver the shipment within up to 5 (five) working days. Once the carrier (company NTC d.o.o.) receives the delivery order from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the subsequent course of delivery, any delays, or problems that may arise in connection with further handling and delivery of the goods.
