Refunds and Complaints

The image illustrating the product on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot file a complaint regarding this aspect. The seller is not responsible for any potential damage or other obligations that fall within the responsibility of the delivery service (the company performing the product delivery). Every customer has the right to withdraw from goods that have already been purchased. The customer may cancel the purchase within 12 hours from the moment of purchase, and in that case the money will be refunded to the customer.
